My Getaway Driver is a West Australian private transport Chauffeur business formed in early 2018, which services the Perth Metro and surrounding suburbs, specializing in:
- FiFo Airport Transfers
- Airport Transport
- Bespoke Wine Tours
- Private Transport
- Personal Driver services
Delivered through a network of professional Transport operators, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week within the Metro area and beyond.
My Getaway Driver caters for individuals and groups, but can cater for any Transport requirements BIG or small.
All drivers and their vehicles operate under the My Getaway Driver partnership are licensed as small charter vehicles with the appropriate insurances.
All drivers have PTD driver licenses and have many years of passenger transfer/customer service experience.
All of the drivers that work alongside us are Police Cleared and vehicles are completely Department Of Transport compliant and are regularly serviced and maintained to the highest standard.

What do you do at My Getaway Driver?
I am the Principle Professional Driver at My Getaway Driver, driving within Perth CBD area since 2017
Transport career experience?
I have had many jobs within the transportation sector spanning from 1987 through to 2006 before owning my own IT Company for several years.
These being a minicab driver in London using CB Radio and an A to Z Road Map, double decker bus driver in central London, NHS / Hospital driver London, Tank Driver in the British Army before emigrating to Australia in Aug 2006
Favourite part of your job?
I enjoy meeting new people, having a great conversation, finding new and exciting places in and around Perth WA
What do you like to do when you are not working?
Love having Staycations in and around Perth and also a big film buff person and love Netflix
What do you think delivering extraordinary experiences means?
It’s all about the customer experience and going the extra mile for our clients.

Transport career experience?
I used to work as a wool classer in the country so I have driven extensively throughout the state transporting Shearers and shed hands and driving grain trucks for farmers to the CBH wheat bins in the off season, I have also previously enjoyed driving Rideshare.
Favourite part of your job?
I love driving and I love cars in general, as a bonus I like meeting new people and having a good chat, you can learn so much about other people’s experiences.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
I enjoy good food, weekends away, spending time with family and golf when I get the time!
