Passengers who booked flights before May 4, 2024, are exempt from the new weight restrictions and can adhere to previous policies, which permitted up to 8 kg for economy, 10 kg for premium economy, and 12 kg for first or business class. Non-compliance with these limits may result in additional charges or penalties.
